13 Michelin chefs gather in Hue and Ho Chi Minh City
(NLĐO) - The "100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs" event week will take place from November 23-30 in Hue City and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
As part of the National Tourism Year 2025 framework, the "100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs" event week, with the continuous participation of 13 Michelin chefs, will be held from November 23 to November 30 in Hue City and HCMC.

The event is expected to bring the best of international cuisine to interact with Vietnamese culinary heritage, positioning Vietnam as a leading destination in Asia for gastronomy and tourism.
Dinner Incredible - an international culinary project founded by chef Giorgio Diana, which has previously captivated food connoisseurs in cities like Rome (Italy), Tokyo (Japan), Singapore, and New York (USA) - will also be accompanying this series of events.
Notably, in 2025, through the connection of chef Michael Bao, Vietnam is the next destination. The organizers stated that Vietnam is not only a country rich in culinary ingredients but also a land of emotion, heritage, and creativity. Therefore, this project also marks the proud return of a Vietnamese chef to the international stage.
On November 26, 2025, at the La Vela Saigon Hotel - a 5-star hotel in HCMC - a gala dinner will celebrate contemporary high-end cuisine, featuring international gastronomy interwoven with local culinary culture.
On November 28, 2025, at Hue Times Square - a plaza in the heart of Hue City - another dinner will recreate ancient court banquets, combining peak culinary heritage with "Hue Royal Court Music" (Nhã Nhạc Cung Đình), a famous intangible cultural heritage of Hue in particular and Vietnam in general.
The continuous involvement of the 13 Michelin chefs in "100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs" is expected to create a cultural harmony between the essence of world cuisine and the identity of Vietnam.
