Nha Trang welcomes Vietnam’s first world-class marina
(NLĐO) - Nha Trang city is now home to Vietnam's first and currently only international marina, identified by the international port code "VNANA".
The Vietnam Maritime Administration has officially assigned the port code "VNANA" to the Ana Marina Nha Trang in the northern part of Nha Trang city, according to leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa province.
This is the first officially operational international marina in Vietnam.
Nha Trang as a new luxury yachting and sailing destination, attracting both domestic and international vessels.
It will also boost Nha Trang City's potential to host international sailing races and other sporting events.
The Ana Marina Nha Trang spans an area of 89 hectares, including 68 hectares of water surface. The project is backed by Focus Travel Co., Ltd.
On May 10, the company held an event to celebrate this significant milestone, highlighting its growth, brand positioning, and strategic direction within the international yachting sector.

This international marina features a commercial range of facilities, including a commercial service area for yachts, technical infrastructure and service zones, a multi-purpose area with piers and floating docks for yacht berthing, a boat maintenance area, a dedicated waterway for port entry and exit, breakwaters, and various entertainment service complexes.
The marina has the capacity to accommodate 110 yachts, with a maximum potential of 220. Strategically located, it enables seamless maritime connections between Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, offering easy access to Hong Kong (China), Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Vietnamese ports.
Mr. Đặng Hiếu Minh, co-owner of Focus Travel, phasized that securing the international port code VNANA marks a significant milestone, laying the foundation for further sea route development and positioning Vietnam on the global high-end marine tourism map.
Currently, Khanh Hoa tourism industry is actively promoting and hosting national and international cultural and entertainment events, while diversifying its international tourist markets.
